MEDITATIONS
Hello lovely friends! The first meditation will be about our breath awareness. In the first minutes I explain how to find a comfortable sitting position to be able to focus on the practice and feel fine during the meditation. Be invited to watch this sequence as often as you need till you feel that you have found a juicy sitting position for you.
In this meditation we will focus on sitting still and becoming aware of our breath. We will be practicing a breathing technique which is also referred to as the yogic breath.

As we found a comfortable meditation sitting position for ourselves in the Video Part 1 and turned our focus onto our way of breathing we will cultivate loving awareness of our bodies with the following meditation. First we try to bring awareness into the whole of our body and then we will focus on different parts of our body making a journey of awareness starting with the bottom of our feet to the crown of our head and close the circle with loving awareness of our whole body.

Perceiving with your heart, giving from your heart and receiving with your heart. This meditation is about connecting our center of awareness with the center of our hearts. Most people localize their center of awareness and conciousness in their minds and heads. In this meditation we invite our awareness to drop down from our heads to our heart center. See the world from a different view, perceive with our hearts, let´s try.

This meditation will create a safe space for us to be in complete stillness. It has three parts.
In the first part we will connect to our heart centers as we already explored in the previous meditation.
From that focus on the base of our hearts we will transition to the second part of the meditation which invites us to open up our awareness to everything that surrounds us and everything that is within us as well. We try to open up to full and complete awareness to whatever arises, emotions, sensations, feelings, thoughts, smell, taste, touch and much more. Be in whole awareness.
From this state of complete awareness we will transition to the third part of the meditation which will be the invitation to be in complete stillness. Let go.of whatever focus, whatever thoughts, emotions and feelings. Just be still. Be with what is.
